HAPPY BIRTHDAY TAYT!!!!!!!

A big Happy Birthday to our grandson Tayt! He turns 4 today, he was born just 15 minutes to midnight! This little guy has the biggest brown eyes and it is impossible to scold him because they get even bigger when he looks up at you with his pouty little face and you just can't yell at him! It's impossible...just ask anyone who knows him! This picture in the snow is from last winter but the first picture is with his sister Lia just a few days ago at Xmas. Tayt will be starting pre-school this next fall and is really excited about going to school. I always have a hard time that first time they go, they just seem way too young to be leaving them somewhere by themselves. But he is more than ready to go "to the school Austyn goes to" is what he tells me. So HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY T-BUG!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful Xmas with Family!

It wouldn't be Xmas if grandpa Randy didn't get into some kind of toy war! This year it was Nerf Gun battle and the son-in-laws and grandkids all joined in!

And there is always the group pictures. Here are mine and Randy's four daughter's with my niece Jessie in the middle.

Our four beautiful girls, from left to right, Mallory, Megan, Casey and Courtney.

Sister-in-law Tina with her new camera and looking pretty intense taking pictures!

Princess Austyn! Somebody sure knows what this little girl likes!

Randy's sister Pam and Brenda giving out presents on Xmas Eve at Pam's house. The Zimmerman side has gotten to about 50 people now and what a fun bunch it is!
Lining up at the food table.

Lia is happy about what she has found in her stocking!

Randy and I actually got a pretty good picture, this is not an easy thing for us, Randy usually has a "deer in the headlight" look.
Our Xmas tree at home.
Can't believe Xmas is all done with. Seems like we are planning for it for so long and then it's over so fast. We all had such good times with both sides of the family, so much good food and wonderful visiting. Everyone was happy with the gifts they got and the best thing of all was that we were all able to spend the time together which is something we all love to do. Another successful Xmas!

MERRY XMAS EVERYONE!!!!!!

Only 3 more days til Xmas, at least the start of our Xmas. Xmas Eve at Randy's sisters with all the Zimmerman's, it has gotten up to 50 people this year! It will be a little sad this year, Randy's parents won't be able to make it because of health reasons. But we will be going down to have a dinner with them Thursday evening which will be nice, but it's never the same when time forces us to have to change what we have been doing for all these years. Randy and I have been married 32, almost 33 years and I don't remember one Christmas that his parents weren't there. We all need to be very thankful that we have such a tight family that we all live close enough and are able to get together, especially this time of year. So here is to being thankful for all of our family members and wishing everyone a wonderful New Year and hopes that this New Year brings even better things than this past year!

The Girls!

Well I couldn't post pictures of the boys and not give the girls equal time so here is a bunch of the girls in our family! Randy and I have 4 beautiful daughters and our oldest, Courtney, has 2 beautiful little girls. When our girls were little Randy got a lot of kidding about being out numbered but I'm afraid the boys are catching up! Right now it is 8 boys to 7 girls, Courtney is due in 3 weeks, maybe she will tie it up with 8 boys and 8 girls. Stay tuned!

Here is Lia and Peyton at the beach this past summer. Lia is 8.
And Austyn who is 5 and every bit a princess as you can see! She dresses like this most every day. It is always a challenge to get her to wear something else to school.

Courtney our oldest daughter with Peyton and Lia at a school roller skating trip.

And I could not forget a picture of Mallory on the left and Megan on the right with one of their most favorite Uncles, Ron. We only get to see him a few times a year and the girls were standing up at a wedding of a mutual friend, so pictures needed to be taken!

And here is Mallory at another wedding she stood up for, holding her oldest son Luke.
Number 3 daughter Megan with Lia, Austyn and Luke. The girls had all just gotten their hair cut and Luke snuck in there for a picture. Megan is also Lukes godmother.

Here are all 4 girls with Randy, all of us attending another softball game this past summer. Starting from the left we have Casey, Mallory, Randy, Megan and Courtney.

And yet another softball game with Courtney, Mallory and Casey. Not sure where Megan is, most likely working, the girls works a lot!

Little Jax and his godmother Casey.

Our 2 grandaughters, Austyn sitting and Lia standing. If I remember right they were watching Luke running crazy thru the water in the huge sandbox at the ball park. Definitely going to have to post some of those pictures.
Well here are all our girls. We are also lucky to have such wonderful girls in our lives. We are so very proud of our daughters, they have grown into such awesome young ladies who we enjoy being with every day. And as every parent probably feels we don't tell them enough how much we love them, I can only hope that they know that we do.
