Mock Accident!
Every year just before graduation the firefighters and EMT's put on a mock accident. The grandkids and I always try to go watch. Partly to watch their mom's/aunts doing their job as EMT's but mostly to see the Spirit helicopter. We watch from a distance but from what I hear it is VERY realistic. They are trying to raise awareness to the kids about drinking/texting and driving. So proud of our girls for doing what they do and a huge thank you to all the volunteers!!
